Reviews and Ratings
The W New York Union Square has an unbeatable location right by Union Square, perfect for exploring the city. While the rooms are clean, they are a bit on the small side, typical for NYC. The staff varies; some were delightful, while one manager left much to be desired. Overall, it's a decent place to stay but may not always offer great value for the price, especially when it comes to service consistency.
Overall, my stay had a mix of experiences. The location was a huge plus with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to attractions. However, the room I stayed in had a lingering smell of old smoke, and the carpets definitely felt outdated. The service was attentive, making sure all my requests were met promptly. Still, I hope for renovations soon to bring the rooms up to par.
This hotel could use significant improvements, especially in terms of room quality and service. While the location is a major plus, close to many attractions, the outdated furnishings and inconsistent service left much to be desired. It's just not what I'd expect from a hotel in this price range.
This hotel is an excellent choice for exploring NYC, with a location that makes getting around a breeze. I found my room to be spacious and clean, plus the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of right from arrival. However, the fitness room could use some improvements, particularly with its lack of natural light. Overall, it offers great value for a city stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, just steps away from Union Square, making it easy to explore the area. My room was spacious and offered nice views, but there were some issues with maintenance and outdated furnishings that detracted from the stay. Additionally, the staff's response to problems was not ideal, which put a damper on the overall experience.
